We have a comprehensive range of outdoor and walking gear, with all the essentials which you might have forgotten. The range includes waterproof rucksack covers, gaiters, map cases, tent pegs, shoe laces, tick removers, whistles, compasses, walking poles, and much, much more. We also have gas canisters with fittings covering all the common stove types. As well as a wide range of footcare and first aid essentials

Maps

We also stock a range of OS maps covering our area, as well as the Harveys "Crianlarich" walking map, and a selection of West Highland Way maps and guidebook.

Take a Break

We don't mind muddy walking boots or wet waterproofs inside the shop. Our outdoor picnic tables are perfect for a snack lunch and a rest.
We've got plenty of high energy snack food, also take-away Coffee & Tea, and a microwave you can use to heat up our cooked pies and pasties - or even a whole ready meal!

Restock while you can

We know the needs of West Highland Way walkers well -blister plasters, bandages, knee and ankle supports, muscle rubs, pain killers and even zinc oxide tape. If you are reading this while researching your walk, make a note that we have all this - you may be glad of it in the days ahead!

Beat the Midges!

We stock the 2 best midge repellents we know of - Avon "Skin So Soft" and "Smidge". After trying almost every repellent available, our practical (if un-scientific) tests have concluded that these 2 work better than anything else.
